Vertigo Smart Lift Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at No 35, 3rd Floor, 2nd Main, 1st Cross, Teachers Colony, Manasa Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560072. We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified organisation engaged in the design, manufacture, installation, and maintenance of elevator systems.

By using this website or entering into a service agreement with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of yourself or your organisation, and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

• New elevator installation (residential, commercial, industrial, hospital)
• Elevator modernisation and upgrades
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
• Emergency repair and breakdown services
• Custom elevator design and consultation
• Safety inspections and compliance certification

All services are subject to a separate written agreement, scope of work document, and agreed quotation.

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices quoted are exclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless explicitly mentioned as inclusive. Prices may be revised if there are changes to the scope of work, site conditions, or material costs after the initial quotation.

We reserve the right to withdraw or revise any quotation that was based on incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

Standard payment milestones are specified in the service agreement. Typically:

• 30% advance upon order confirmation
• 60% upon delivery of materials to site
• 10% upon installation completion and handover

Payments may be made by bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), cheque, or demand draft in favour of Vertigo Smart Lift Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Late payments beyond the agreed due date attract interest at 18% per annum. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments.

The client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate site dimensions, structural drawings, and access at the agreed time
• Ensuring civil works (shaft, pit, machine room if applicable) are completed to our specifications before installation
• Obtaining all required statutory approvals, building permits, and electricity connections
• Designating an authorised contact person for communication and approvals
• Ensuring safe working conditions and site access for our installation team

All newly installed elevators carry a 12-month comprehensive warranty from the date of installation and handover, covering manufacturing defects and workmanship errors. The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modifications
• Normal wear and tear of consumables (ropes, brake pads, lubricants)
• Damage due to external factors such as power surges, flooding, or fire
• Civil or structural components not supplied by us

Extended warranty coverage is available through our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) programmes.

Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any website content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VertiGo Elevators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, reliance on information provided, or any defects in products or services beyond the value of the specific order placed. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.

We shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or power outages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
